Join us as we delve into the rich traditions of Taiji and Qigong, where each participant can discover their unique path within this time-honoured practice.

​My training emphasises principles of movement, breath work, mindfulness, ensuring a solid foundation  upon which to build their practice. by building a strong base you will deepen connection to your body/mind/energy. You open fascia the true connection to open yourself up to feel the chi. I will be your expert guide in this field! merging ancient practice with modern methods, I teach by tapping in and using my intuition to give you unique exercises that no one else will teach you with my vast library of over 26 years of experience in training, energy work and healing.
