This is a chance to step into the year slowly, with presence, and in the warmth
of community.
The morning will begin with Penny guiding us through the powerful ritual of 108 sun salutations, a moving meditation to honour endings, embrace beginnings, and ignite inner strength. This will be a fully accessible practice with lots of variations and adjustments and at a pace that is sustainable.

Afterwards we will share a lovingly prepared vegan lunch, crafted to nourish and restore. The afternoon invites spaciousness and reflection. Breath work, meditation and journaling to ground, expand and set gentle seeds for the year ahead. Together we’ll welcome 2026 not with pressure or noise but with clarity, gratitude and heart.

This celebration is welcome to all levels, please bring a warm blanket, your favourite mug, a journal and pen.
