Meditation & Sound Bath

$30 cash on arrival

Join us for a one-hour guided meditation and immersive sound experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

The session begins with gentle breath and body awareness to help you settle into the present moment, before flowing into a deeply grounding sound journey using crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments. The layered tones and vibrations support the body in shifting into a restorative state - calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and supporting healthy heart rate and blood pressure. As the body softens, space is created for improved sleep, greater mental clarity and focus, and the activation of the body’s natural healing processes.

Many people also experience a subtle energetic reset - a sense of clearing, balance and reconnection, leaving them feeling more grounded, centred and restored.

No prior experience is required. This is a welcoming space to pause, unwind and reset.

What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• Pillow (or two) and a blanket (we recommend support under the knees)
• Mats and eye masks are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own

Please advise us prior to attending if you:
• Are in early pregnancy (first trimester)
• Experience vertigo, tinnitus or sound sensitivity
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device
