You'll be lying on a wooden floor for about 90 minutes – a folded duvet works well with something snuggly to cover yourself - a blanket, throw or rug so you can relax into the Sounds.Eye mask or eye beanie optionalIf you would like an alrernative to laying on the floor for any reason, please call to discuss.WHAT TO WEARComfortable clothing that you can move freely in and that you can be comfortable and warm when lying down, layers are good, fluffy socks if you know you get cold feet.Refreshments including teas, coffee, cows milk and snacks are provided.
