What is LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength?
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using weights.
You’ll move through powerful work intervals followed by structured recovery phases — designed to improve strength, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness in a short amount of time.
The movements are simple and coach-led.
You go at your own pace.
If you need to stop and catch your breath — that’s a sign you’ve reached your training zone.
We train hard.
We recover well.
We build resilience.
