- 45 min. Reformer Class with instructor Meg

- Breakfast grazing board

- Play mats and toys provided to keep little ones occupied
- Must be 6 weeks post-partum or 12 weeks post c-section
- Pre crawling babies only please due to safety of equipment

A gorgeous Morning if you're looking to get back into Reformer or have never tried it before, all levels are Welcome.

You can bring little ones with you, also if you'd like to come alone also very Welcome!
