18th Annual Kids Fishing Derby

18th Annual Kids Fishing Derby. Parents or grandparents, bring those kiddos, 13 and under out for a free day of fishing hosted by the AGFC, Horseshoe Bend Boating, Fishing, and Sportsman’s Club, and the IC Stem. Registration starts at 8:00 on May 10th. Fishing will follow at 9:00 am, and weigh in/prizes will begin at 10:00. Poles, bait, tackle, and help all provided at no charge. Whether your child is an avid fisherman, or a first timer, we will have everything they need to help them catch those fish! Bring the fish in, we will fillet and bag them for you to take home and enjoy for a nice fish dinner. Lunch is also provided at no charge. Hot dogs donated by local Sheriffs Office, chips and a drink. Kids can also enjoy a free snow cone paid for by the club!

We love to give back to our community and get kids involved in the sport of fishing. We hope you will join in for a fun filled day of fishing. Every kid will leave with a prize and a smile!
