This month we will be discussing supporting Children and Young People with Anxiety.What is anxiety, how do we recognise it in ourselves and children/young people? Why is anxiety helpful and unhelpful? Strategies and Tool to support children and young people to manage their anxieties.Our monthly meet ups support Mums/Mother Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Mums/Mother Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.Refreshments will be provided.Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.This event is intended for Mums and Mother Figures only, however we welcome Mother's who need to bring a baby under 3 Months old.Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
