This month we will be discussing Mother’s Wellbeing and Empathy.What is empathy, how can it make us feel and how can we act with empathy to improve wellbeing. How do we navigate tricky situations with our children and young people, communicate clearly and teach them strategies to cope with everyday life.Our monthly meet ups support Mums/Mother Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Mums/Mother Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.Refreshments will be provided.Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.This event is intended for Mums and Mother Figures only, however we welcome Mother's who need to bring a baby under 3 Months old.Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
