January Guided Heritage Walk: Pages Wood and Harold Court Woods

Come along to our informative January Heritage Walk around Pages Wood and Harold Court Woods; a great way to start the New Year!

The walk will start from Tyler’s Common car park near Upminster Garden Centre. We will cross the road into Harold Court Woods, making our way to Harold Court House where we will learn about the history of the house. We will then continue walking through the woods before joining Ivy Lodge Lane to Pages Wood. We will cross Shepherds Hill before entering Pages Wood, and will follow a circular route through Pages Woods. If the route is not too muddy we will also include the woodland trail which includes some fabulous sculptures of woodland wildlife. The walk will return to Shepherds Hill where we will take a short detour up Warley Road to view the Tyler’s Common commemorative stone before returning to Tyler’s Common car park via Harold Court Woods.

There is a cafe and toilets at the garden centre opposite the car park. Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing for this walk.

Please note this walk is suitable for ages 18 years and over.
