Ben Cohen’s career is one of true sporting greatness. A key member of England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup–winning team, Ben’s strength, pace, and finishing ability made him one of the most feared backs in world rugby. Over his international career, he earned 57 caps for England, scored 31 tries, and became a fan favourite for his fearless play and dedication on and off the field.
At club level, Ben starred for Northampton Saints and later Sale Sharks, helping to shape the golden era of English rugby. His impact on the pitch was matched by his influence beyond it becoming a role model for courage, teamwork, and integrity.
Since retiring, Ben has continued to inspire through his Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation, which promotes kindness and tackles bullying and discrimination across communities. His journey from rugby hero to humanitarian has made him a true ambassador for positive change.
