Permission to Pause is a guided 3 intentional hours for Women who are functioning on the outside but exhausted underneath.  Designed to restore clarity, energy and the internal space required for meaningful change

Permission to Pause is a guided experience designed to help you:

• Regulate your nervous system

• Reconnect with your body

• Create capacity for meaningful change

• Step out of survival mode

Through silent coaching, breathwork, guided meditation and intentional reflection, we’ll create the internal space that burnout has been blocking.

Because change doesn’t happen when you’re overwhelmed.

It happens when you feel safe enough to soften.

Permission to Pause: Water & Restore (Afternoon) Session 14:00 - 17:00

As part of the afternoon session from 16:00 - 17:00 we have exclusive use of the Pool and Spa area.  Please don't forget to bring swim wear and towel.
