Learn To Stand Up Paddleboard

Our 2hr Learn to SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) sessions with our qualified instructor includes:

• A safety briefing before entering the water
• Equipment and gear overview
• How to get onto and up on your board safely
• How to use the paddle correctly
• How to manoeuvre the board (go forward, turning, stopping etc)
• Plenty of time to practice and have a paddle around Crystal Lake

Paddleboarding offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being out on the water is a mindful practice that clears the mind and boosts wellbeing through connecting with nature. Paddleboarding not only promotes mental wellness but physical wellbeing too, building core strength, improving balance and challenging coordination for a full body workout that can be as gentle or challenging as you choose. Not to mention this sport is great fun and will have you smiling in no time 😊
