£480 per person with own Pony.
£570 per person if hiring a Pony from us.
£50 non refundable deposit required to secure space.
Balance due 01 June 2026

Arrive - 
Sunday 16th August, please arrive between 12pm and 2pm to settle horses in and put up tents.

Leave - 
Saturday 22nd August after results and awards.

Lessons in groups with different activities 
Two day event at the end of the week
Gymkhana's
Evening activities including Activities
Swimming 
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided
Vending machine available on site at extra cost

You will be camping so you need to bring tents, no mixed sharing (boys/girls) you will be required to camp for for the whole week. If you decide to go home during camp this will terminate your camp.
If you really don't want to camp, you don't have to camp but this needs to be agreed before arrival, you must be back at the yard for 8am every day.
Parents are not permitted to stay or be present during lesson times.

There is a shower available.
