Guided by the steady, heart-centred energy of the Oak Tree, this gong bath invites you into stillness, grounding, and inner listening — a space to reconnect with what is quietly growing within you.

Held with integrity and care by Jennifer Fox — counsellor, shamanic practitioner, Reiki healer, Kundalini yoga teacher, and sound bath practitioner — this experience is offered as a safe, ethical, and restorative space for deep self-care.

We’ll begin with a grounding breath practice and Reiki-supported holding, allowing you to arrive fully into your body before the gong journey unfolds.

Then, through the immersive vibrations of the gong, you’ll be guided into deep rest — supporting nervous system reset, emotional release, energetic alignment, and inner peace.

A unique opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself in community.

Please arrive early to settle into your space.
Doors close at 4:55pm and late entry will not be possible once the session begins, to honour the integrity of the sound journey.

Contraindications
Not suitable for people with pacemakers, epilepsy, seizures, extreme sound sensitivity, first-trimester pregnancy, or contagious illness.
