Having performed his critically acclaimed show Card Ninja in over 27 territories Javier has established himself as a masterful entertainer. As a comedian Javier has played and headlined in some of the biggest clubs in NZ and Melbourne, appeared on television and was a core member of New Zealand`s longest running comedy show: Scared Script less. Since moving to London in August 2010 he has established himself as a UK circuit regular and headline act. He has performed on the same bill with top names such as Jimmy Carr, Stewart Lee, Jo Brand and Paul Daniels. Born in New Zealand to Latin-American/Chinese parents. He skilfully weaves his unique perspective into every performance. A seasoned pro, and veteran of the Edinburgh Fringe, he has played on many of the world’s best stages from The Comedy Store, The World Famous Spiegel Tent, The Wellington Opera House and Her Majesty’s Theatre, London, and, in recent years at the Melbourne, Sydney, & New Zealand International Comedy Festivals, performing to sell out houses.
