Immerse yourself under the serene glow of the Beautiful Planting Moon, guided by the energy of the Yew Tree — one of the most powerful healers, bringing harmony to the soul.

With the Moon in Virgo, this is an ideal evening to reflect on health, self-care, and rooted balance, and to reconnect with your inner stillness.

Arrival & settling into your space with light refreshments

Yoga mat or inflatable mattress
Pillow & blanket
Eye mask or scarf
Comfortable warm clothing (tracksuit, loungewear, PJs, socks)
Water bottle & optional travel mug for hot drinks
Optional: earplugs, snacks to share, low-light torch
During the Puja, absolute silence is observed except for the gongs. Phones must be off or on silent.

Please arrive no earlier than 9:00 PM to settle into your space.

💫 About the Gong Puja

An All-Night Gong Puja is a deep, immersive sound meditation, consisting of ten 45-minute gong sessions (~7.5 hours). Experiencing this powerful vibration can:

Shift your energy and awaken the pineal gland
Reset the neurological system and release old programming
Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks
Release trauma and illness from the mind and body
Manifest health, wealth, happiness, and abundance
