Pregnancy and childbirth place significant strain on the pelvic floor. Through targeted and mindful exercises, we support the body’s natural postpartum recovery. Pelvic floor awareness is enhanced and the muscles are gently rebuilt.

The course is without baby, allowing you to fully focus on your own recovery and well-being.
Physical well-being is further supported through relaxation and breathing exercises.

Instructor:
Carolina Schwyn – pelvic floor specialist for women and men, postnatal recovery according to the BeBo® concept, and Swastha yoga teacher and therapist.

A total of 7 sessions, each from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM
