Start your Fridays with a slower-paced Vinyasa practice designed to balance energy and relaxation. In this mindful class, we’ll explore creative, energizing flows to support mobility, flexibility, and strength — paired with moments of soothing stillness and a deeply restful savasana.

DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $30 per class (cash, check, or card).

You may choose to purchase a 5-card class pass and have flexibility on which dates you attend.
Time: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing.
Materials: Please bring a mat, and props such as blocks or a strap to support your practice, and perhaps a light blanket for a luxurious savasana.
