Chakra Workshop

Chakras are energy centers in the body. This workshop will offer a journey through the seven main chakras through a practice of asanas (postures), breath work, guided meditation, visualization, and chanting. We will discuss the physical and emotional associations of each chakra.

Time: 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing.
Location: HCA, 98 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton.
Materials: Please bring a yoga mat, yoga strap or any non-elastic belt, a small throw or towel and if possible, yoga blocks or paper towel rolls.
