- **Event Description**: Good morning family and friends. Just checking in to let cha know that we plan to be at hotel Clarion beside Burger King from 2pm-6pm Thursday. 

Anybody that want to help set up please be there at 1pm. We would like all food to be there at 2. Dinner will start prayerfully at 3. We plan to  play bingo and dart throw game as well. I have prizes for the dart throw but none for bingo. So if u find it in your heart to stop by the dollar tree or dollar store and pick up a gift it’s greatly appreciated. 

This is our 4th year of coming together. I know everyone can’t come every year and we do and will miss you. This is for family and friends so come come come. If you didn’t list in this chat and you wanna bring a dish just scroll up and see what is listed and what’s missing. 

I know greens are missing for sure. If you can prepare you dish for 50 that would be great. 

We wanna make sure everybody get to eat there and then after everyone is served we will then be able to make to go plates. I’m excited to see yall. Be Blessed �
