This interactive session guides participants through a practical quarterly planning cycle using industry-leading coaching tools. Attendees clarify vision, set measurable goals, and refine them by setting achievable checkpoints. They begin the Quarter One plan by selecting strategies and assigning due weeks. Short mindset prompts provide tools for focus and resilience. The emphasis is on clear intention, small consistent shifts, and a light rhythm of review. Participants leave with key workbook pages started and a simple routine they can apply in any professional context.
