This hands-on nature experience is open to all girls and families—no Girl Scout membership required! You’ll explore Congaree’s trails, learn about local wildlife, and try exciting activities like:

? A nature scavenger hunt
? Bird, bug, and tree spotting
? Practicing simple Leave No Trace principles

It’s the perfect way to get a taste of what Girl Scouts is all about—friendship, fun, and exploring the world around you. Bring your sense of adventure, a snack, and a reusable water bottle—we’ll take care of the rest!

 This event is for all girls in elementary school and their families:
Any girl with an adult (Community Members & Girls Scouts)
Families with at least one adult
Girl Scout Troops with proper adult to child ratio

Adults/Caregivers must register and attend with their kids - adult registration is $0. Adults will not be tasked with leading the program or activities but will need to stay for the duration of the program and provide supervision. This is not a drop off program! Children will need to bring a snack and a reusable water bottle. More information about check-in will be sent out via a confirmation email 3-5 prior to the event.
