Some people step into leadership with celebration.Pastor Chris stepped into it with grief.

Six years ago, in the very same month he lost his father and his pastor, he was called to carry one of the greatest assignments of his life.

While his heart was grieving, God was calling.While he was mourning, people still needed a shepherd.While he was trying to process loss, heaven was asking, “Whom shall I send?”

And through the tears, through the pain, and through the weight of it all, his answer was still yes.

“Here am I; send me.”

That kind of yes costs something.

It is easy to celebrate the title and miss the tears.Easy to honor the platform and forget the private pain.Easy to see the strength and never realize the sacrifice.

But for Pastor Chris and Sis Lola, these 6 years have been built on faith, prayer, endurance, and obedience.

They have led while hurting.Prayed while carrying burdens.Poured into others while trusting God to refill them.

They stayed.They stood.They served.

This year’s theme, “ON ASSIGNMENT,” is more than words it is their testimony.

Because ministry is not convenience.It is calling.

It is saying yes when life says no.It is trusting God when the road is unclear.It is remaining faithful when the assignment is heavy.

And for 6 years, they have done just that.

We begin this powerful weekend with Worship Night!

Join us Saturday evening as we set the atmosphere with a powerful night of worship featuring special guest and dear friend, Lowell Pye.
