Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and find inner peace.Join me for a deeply relaxing day of meditation, yoga and contrast therapy.We start the day with my Signature Rainforest Meditation at my Balinese Retreat Home at Sanctuary Cove. Enjoy Slow Flow Yoga on a specially built yoga deck with curtains overlooking the Palms Golf Course. We break for Chef-prepared Petit Fours with Vegan Options.After a break to relax, journal, swim or enjoy the Infrared Sauna we reconvene for a "Spiraling Up" Meditation.We then travel to a nearby 5 Star Restaurant for a 3 Course Lunch with 10 options for Entree and Main.After lunch, we reconvene for a workshop on Self-Sabotage and Mindset before participating in a Goal Visualization Meditation.We break for a light Seafood Platter with vegan options or to journal, recalibrate and relax.Next experience a Floating Singing Bowl Sound Healing experience, floating or reclining on sun lounges in a 20 metre magnesium pool.Contrast Therapy:We then travel to a Contrast Therapy Centre for a private booking for our group only. Choose what to do here; Compression Therapy Chairs, Infrared Saunas and Vibrosaun, heated magnesium pools and ice baths or enjoy all of these activities. I will teach people how to ease into Contrast Therapy. You are welcome to try a new ice bath experience. We will also have a competition with $200 gift basket for the person or people who stay in the ice bath the longest.
