We’ll travel to Terschelling, a place where land, sea, and sky come together and gently invite you into a slower rhythm. This is an island known for its wide, quiet beaches along the Wadden Sea, expansive skies, and long horizons that encourage both rest and reflection.

During this retreat, you’re invited to find stillness and peace of mind through daily yoga practices and time spent deeply immersed in nature. We’ll explore the island’s powerful elements through guided experiences, including a hike in the UNESCO World Heritage site Boschplaat, stargazing meditation beneath some of the clearest skies in Europe, a traditional mudflat walk, and a true Dutch bike ride along the dike. There will also be time to enjoy delicious local food and the warmth of a gezellige atmosphere, that cozy, authentic Dutch feeling, while staying in four-star accommodations at Hotel Walvisvaarder.

This retreat is an opportunity to be in close relationship with nature: to practice yoga, rest deeply, and allow yourself to be shaped by the landscape around you. Alongside our daily practices, there will be space to wander, to breathe, to enjoy Dutch culture, and to simply listen.
