Come settle in, breathe deeply, and learn how to make winter a time of renewal rather than retreat.

During the class, we will connect with each other, practice meditation, and discuss How to Winter by Kari Leibowitz. We will read the book throughout the months together, with discussions about a few chapters each gathering.  The class runs for 90 minutes from 11:30 am to 1 pm on the first and third Tuesdays of the month: Dec 2, Dec 16, Jan 6, Jan 20, Feb 3, Feb 17.   Free. No need to RSVP.
