After more than two years, we’re returning to one of our favorite hikes! As long as the weather agrees, this intermediate hike has spectacular views, will be filled with sparkling conversations, and the building of calves AND relationships! There are brief stretches of cardio, then long stretches of walking, concluding with a well-earned sunset view from Diamondhead to Aiea.

This hike can get warm in the early afternoon. Please bring hiking/comfortable shoes, at least 2 liters of water,  sun protection/hat, a towel and snacks. Remember that you want to be present, enjoy the hikes and meet other people, so ideally be sober and have no recreational drugs in your system.
