- **Event Description**: Hey everyone — I'll be teaching a 2-hour CE class on tension-based headaches and migraines on July 16th in Honolulu.
This one's for the headaches we see connected to forward head posture, chest tension, and stress patterns in the body and migraines that are not purely hormonal in cause. If your clients are already complaining about headaches or migraines, this is probably what's going on.

We'll keep it practical and hands-on: gentle spinal decompression timed with the breath, a release at the base of the skull, pin-and-stretch and cervical decompression through the neck, and opening up the chest and shoulders to take the pressure off. If we have time, a bonus S-technique for the lamina groove too.

Everything's gentle — broad, slow work, not digging. You'll leave with a full sequence you can use in your very next session.
