Beginners/first timers are welcome to attend at 5 pm to learn about kalo, it's different parts, and the process of pounding it into poi. Former Board and Stone participants who have completed the Board and Stone program are welcome to come at 6 pm.Papa and pōhaku ku'i 'ai (poi pounding board and stones) will be available to borrow. Cooked whole kalo will be sold at $5/pound.To reserve your spot 1).
