It may be a thought, a fear, an old pattern, an emotion, an expectation, or simply something that feels heavy. You will write it down and place it beside you as you rest. Then, simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and a collection of organic instruments, we will create an immersive sound journey designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, presence, and inner reflection. This is more than a sound bath.It is an invitation to create a pause between what has been and what you are ready to welcome next.As the sounds move around you, allow yourself to soften, breathe, and imagine creating more space within yourself for peace, clarity, gratitude, and renewal.Whether you personally follow the cycles of the Moon or simply connect with the beauty and symbolism of the Full Moon, this experience is an opportunity to intentionally slow down and reconnect with yourself. And when the sound bath comes to an end, we will gently return together—carrying forward what feels nourishing and leaving a little more space for what is ready to come next. 🌕✨Please Bring:• A journal to write down what you would like to release• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on• A pillow or any additional cushions for comfort• Water• An eye mask• A light blanket if you tend to get cold• An open heart and willingness to receivePlease arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space. This event is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
