Her introduction to meditation began with her father, a Buddhist monk of the Zen/ Chan tradition. Over time, she deepened her practice through training programs including Mindfulness Meditation with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
