Holiday Bazaar at the Honoka'a Hongwanji - Fundraiser

Honoka’a Hongwanji Buddhist Temple will sponsor our first annual Holiday Bazaar with shopping and dining opportunities in the Social Hall, the Thrift Store and parking lot.

We anticipate a variety of vendors selling everything from Christmas Crafts to Auto Parts to collectibles. Food trucks and food vendors will also be positioned in our parking lot and Da' Temple Basement Store will be open for business as well.

The event will raise funds for the Temple's various expenses. Honokaa Hongwanji engages in numerous community programs such as “Feeding Our Keiki and Kupuna,” which has distributed over 100,000 meals and a million pounds of groceries on Fridays over the past 6-1/2 years. Its Peace Committee has been producing the Peace Day Parade and Festival since 2007. Other programs include “Fundraising for Ukraine Families” and the documentary film about the labor martyr, Katsu Goto.
