Filled with pork belly, mushrooms, sambal dried shrimp, and candied winter melon, they offer a rich balance of savoury and subtly sweet flavours.This June, Nicole Wong, founder of Nicole’s Kitchen, will lead a hands-on workshop at PMQ Taste Library, demonstrating the complete dumpling-making process and sharing the flavours behind Nyonya cuisine.
