All ages from youth to senior citizens and all abilities are welcome to come join the fun.  Just wear sports top, shorts and shoes - and water (you can refill bottles nearby from the free fountains) and come along.  The rules are simple and we will help you learn.   It's a great way to run off all those extra mooncakes!
