Aerial Yoga is a fantastic way to enhance flexibility, build strength, and enjoy deep, full breaths. By leveraging gravity, practitioners can realign and relax their bodies, boost awareness, uplift their spirits, and have a great time!

The aerial hammock can transform traditional asanas, making them deeper and more accessible. With the hammock supporting your body weight, you can push your limits while also finding moments for restoration, healing, and relaxation.

This course will introduce you to the many advantages of using a hammock in your teaching. It helps promote proper body alignment and release tension in various areas. You will also learn how to design smooth aerial yoga sessions and teach others to practise safely.

Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate to mark your achievement. You will be ready to incorporate the hammock into your teaching and personal practice with confidence. We also encourage graduates to join our three-month mentorship programme to further refine their teaching skills and boost their confidence.
