The Master Facilitation Workshop is held over 4 days and covers so much more within the context of facilitating full sessions with ourselves and others.
• The first day will be spent highlighting parts of the pre-reading which you will be sent ahead of the workshop. We will also revisit and expand the facilitating of an in-person session. I will demonstrate and we will look at the language we use and how to simply explain the different steps of the processes. You will have the opportunity to audit a session, facilitate a session and to receive a session. There will be time to reflect and identify our opportunities for growth and then use our beautiful PSYCH-K® processes to share the new wisdom with our subconscious minds.
• Day 2 involves looking at a new protocol where we can be guided to messages that different situations or conditions may hold for us. Often life situations may be trying to direct us to create change in some area of life, the messages protocol assists us in identifying the message so that we can transform the situation. We also learn how to Facilitate a session at a distance, so via a Skype/Zoom or another audiovisual platform. This opens so much more potential as a Facilitator. I will demonstrate a distance session, and you will again have the opportunity to audit, Facilitate and experience a full distance session. We will reflect and take the time to level up with any area that we noticed room for growth.
• The 3rd day is spent looking at secondary gains and the art of listening and asking helpful questions. We will practice an audio only session and reflect on further growth opportunities.
• The final day we will spend on creating ways to explain what we do and how we do it. We will discuss ways of getting ourselves out there if we want to be, how to connect with the people who will most benefit from what we have to offer.
