She will cover research-driven strategies to support "Digital Flourishing" in our young people. Attendees will gain insights into fostering a balanced, intentional relationship with technology across both home and school environments.About the speaker:Dr. Charmaraman is a senior research scientist at the Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College. She earned her PhD in Human Development and Education from UC Berkeley and is the founder and director of the Youth, Media, & Wellbeing Research Lab. As a leading expert in adolescent technology use, Dr. Charmaraman co-authored the American Psychological Association’s (APA) 2023/24 advisory on social media and the 2025 advisory on the use of AI and adolescent wellbeing.
