This one-night-only event features vibrant bites like the Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche, the indulgent Hanwoo 1++ Wagyu Tartare, and playful Nduja Bombas with Ibérico jamón. The highlight is an Ozzy-inspired Surf ‘n Turf Paella with Australian yabbies, and with a flaming porterhouse that requires its own side table, followed by an Oz Lamington Cheesecake.
