- **Event Description**: Our noc Hand Drip Coffee Brewing Workshop is for those who are curious about the world of coffee aromas and flavors.About this EventIn the 105-minute session, you will learn the basics of coffee brewing, brewing a few of our house-roasted blends and single origins, and be able to describe coffees using aroma and flavor descriptors used by coffee professionals. Brewing kits will be prepared for every participant.The workshop will feature:- Introduction to Coffee Drippers and basic equipment- Hand-drip coffee demonstration- Pourover practice trialAfter the workshop, you can get:- 20% off Food & Beverage Voucher (1 pc)- 20% off Retail Voucher (1 pc)- Tasting of 3 - 4 specialty coffees- A pourover and brewing experience* The 105-minute course will be conducted in Cantonese.* Doors open 5–10 minutes before the workshop begins.* Participants must be aged 15 or above.* The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days prior to the class commencing date. 100% class fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 7 days notice.* Minimum 4 pax to start; maximum 10 pax per class.
