Connect, Flow, and Shine at our outdoor Silent Inside Flow Disco on 10 May !

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Mary.

Date: 10 May 2025 (Saturday) Time: 4:45-6pm Venue: Rooftop Garden, 4/F PMQ
Fee: HK$200 per person (Class) HK$250 (Class+Mat Rental)
