It reveals the scientific mechanisms underlying our relationship with food and shows how research continues to transform our understanding of taste and gastronomy.The documentary notably features Raphaël Haumont, Professor at Université Paris-Saclay, whose pioneering work in food science has led to close collaborations with Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx. Together, they demonstrate how scientific research drives culinary innovation and opens new perspectives for the gastronomy of tomorrow.
