We’re continuing our annual Do Your Breast campaign in Hong Kong with a community strength and conditioning workout and social at Form Athletic! This session is all about moving with purpose & connecting with your community. Your participation doesn’t just support your body - it supports a cause that truly matters as we'll be donating part of your proceeds to a Breast Cancer Charity!

About the workout:
Join us for a full-body strength and conditioning session designed for all levels!
You’ll challenge your body, build strength, improve endurance, and leave feeling empowered and energized.

What to expect:

• Full-body strength and conditioning workout suitable for all levels
• Fun social with the community after the workout
• Special goodies from Form Athletic, Girls Lift Girls, Ampedbar and Electro Elixir for all participants
• Movement for a cause, a portion of all sign-up proceeds will be donated to a breast cancer charity.

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Towel
• Positive energy and your workout crew (bring a friend, partner, or a group of girls, the more, the merrier)
