Our 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

� Date: **22 August 2025 (Friday)**

� Time: **6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (registration starts at 6pm)**

�Venue: **Cafe Malacca, Level 2, JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La, 508 Queen's Rd W, Sai Wan

**Please find below (at the end of this notice via the registration link) :–

(1) Notice of the 48th Annual General Meeting of MAHK **[IMPORTANT]**;

(2) Reminder to Renew 2025 Membership & Notice of Closure of Register of Members;

(3) Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024;

(4) Membership Application/Renewal Form for 2025; and

(5) Nomination Form**

**Dinner will be served after the AGM. Due to the rising cost of food and beverages, we will be charging a subsidised fee of **HKD 250 for members**, and **HKD 350 for non-members**.

**RSVP is required**. Please register before **Tuesday, 19 August 2025 (by 5 p.m.).
