Janet Fong（@thebalancedjungle）是一位資深瑜伽導師、森林療癒引導師及身心靈靜修主理人，擅長將自然元素融入靜觀練習。她曾為瑰麗酒店、Soho House、新世界發展及「IRIS：逃離藝術節」等頂尖企業與機構舉辦逾2,000場課程，並在香港及海外主持多場靜修活動，引導都市人與自我內心及自然本源重建深度連結。即使初接觸瑜伽與自然靜觀，參與者亦能在其引導下沉澱思緒，以正向平靜的狀態回歸當下。

Janet Fong @thebalancedjungle is an experienced Yoga Teacher, Forest Therapy Guide and Wellness Retreat Host, who specialises in combining nature elements with mindfulness practices. Offered 2000+ sessions at some of the top companies including Rosewood Hotel, Soho House, New World Development, IRIS: Escape Festival etc.

She has run multiple retreats locally and internationally to guide city people reconnect deeper with themselves and Mother Nature. You will leave her sessions feeling calm, positive, and attuned to the present from her guidance, even if this is your first or early introduction to yoga and nature mindfulness.
