Sugar Flowers Module
- Learn how to make sugar Gerbera, Cymbidium, Dahlia, Rose, Lily, Carnation, Freesia, Lily of the Valley, Peony, Cattleya Orchid, Arum Lily, Sweet Pea, Blossoms, and Foliage
- A range of sugar flower making techniques, from unwired flowers to stunning wired flowers and leaves
- Making of flower paste (gum paste)
- Flower colouring techniques
- Arranging sugar flowers

Date: 11/6, 12/6, 13/6, 14/6 (Monday to Thursday)

*All tools to be used in the classroom are provided.
*All students will receive a course kit 1 and a course kit 2 which has most of the basic equipment upon completion of the course.

Introduction to PME Professional Diploma Course:
- The course is divided into 3 completely separate modules, Sugar Flowers Module, Royal Icing & Piping Module, and Sugar Paste Module. Each module is a minimum of 25 hours duration. - A diploma certificate will be issued at the end of the course to those students who complete all the required techniques to a required standard.
- It is not essential to begin the diploma course with which module first or complete all three modules in a row unless you wish to be awarded the Masters Certificate.
- The Masters Certificate will only be awarded as and when all 3 Modules have been completed successfully.

教授 :
- 非洲菊、蕙蘭、大麗花、玫瑰花、百合花、康乃馨、較剪蘭、鈴蘭、牡丹花、加多利亞蘭、馬蹄蘭、豌豆花、小野花及葉子之製作
- 深入淺出的糖花製作技巧,包括無鐵線糖花及有鐵線的糖花與葉子製作,配合不同的應用
- 糖花造型糖膏(flower/gum paste)之打法
- 上色技巧
- 造型及插花技巧

英國PME證書課程簡介 :
- 這個證書課程共分3 部份,其餘兩個課程為:皇室糖霜之運用及技巧Royal Icing & Piping Module,糖膏之運用及技巧Sugar Paste Module,每1部份為25小時之課程。
- 完成每一個課程後可獲取英國PME所頒發之專業文憑 (Diploma) 一張。完成三個課程之人士,將可獲得Masters Certificate一張。
- 學員可按個人需要報讀任何一個課程,不須按次序開始或限期完成所有3個課程。
- 所有學員均須完成每一個課程之所有內容,才可獲取證書。
