? Optional Ruck — bring your weighted vest if you want to level it up
? Beautiful 6th & River space right on Main St. Honesdale
? FREE pre-workout + post-workout supplements.

♥️ Kids welcome! Tons of space for them to play, hang, or jump in and move with us. Let’s make healthy living normal for them.

♥️ Bring your crew — friends, family, coworkers. The more energy in the room, the better the sweat!

? No experience needed. Just show up, bring water (plus a little extra to mix up supps), and get ready for a fun community sweat session.
