11 AM Yoga Flow

All classes are 45 minutes. Grab a smoothie next door at the kitchen in between classes and take another class. All levels welcome. 

All funds raised from these five donation based classes go directly to @vipempowers   They will be at the event so you can find out more on what vital work they provide for survivors in our community.
