- **Event Description**: ❄️Come out and celebrate the longest night of the year with Sisters of the Moon! ❄️

❄️ We will begin with an opening circle to start the evening that will include a grounding meditation, energy cleansing, introductions on how we’re all connected, & a group discussion about the importance of living with the cycles of nature to help create more flow in our lives. 

❄️ We’ll then have healthy finger foods and drinks, and a secret gift exchange! $20 budget. 

❄️ To end the evening there will be a beautiful sound journey by Wendi, a medicine music woman, who will lead us on a meditative sound journey to help calm the mind and body, and ease us into the upcoming winter months. ❄️

✨Donation is $33 

✨ Please bring:

*a reusable cup for water, tea, and/or lemonade. 
*yoga mat, pillow, & blanket for comfort during sound journey at the end. 
*a small dish to share 
*a gift for gift exchange if you’d like to participate 

About the Facilitator:

Betty Mae is the host, and founder of Sisters of the Moon. She’s studied the ancient wisdom of mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, psychology, astrology, and yoga for more than a decade now! She’s even traveled as far as Thailand, Greece, Germany, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico for her studies. She is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Coach and a certified yoga teacher, as well as beginner certified in sound healing & reiki healing. She has a degree in psychology, counseling, human services, & social work. ❤️‍? She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Mindfulness based Practitioner, Sound Healer Practitioner, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circles.
