Our morning together will include a deeply restorative blend of gentle movement, a heart-centered chanting meditation, and guided reflection to help you cultivate gratitude and clarity.

We’ll close with a warm golden milk beverage ceremony, symbolizing renewal, radiance, and the light that lives within us all. Come as you are and join our vibrant Serendipity CommUNITY in celebrating this season of rest, reflection, and rebirth.

Please remember:

You are invited to come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat, along with anything that helps you feel relaxed and at ease.

You may wish to bring a notebook or journal for taking notes and reflections.

Golden milk is made with turmeric, kitchen spices, almond milk, and maple syrup. Please let us know about any allergies you may have. 

We will need a minimum of 4 participants to run this special experience. Please register in advance.

Please note that no refunds will be provided. If you need to cancel, your credit may be applied toward a future event at the studio. However, if you do not cancel and do not attend, your credit will be forfeited.
